The aim of the LEKU project is to propose guidelines for the design of new experiences for collective catering for the social and healthcare sector in a post-COVID scenario. It is a project that through a people-focused design practice, a key discipline in the field of the creative economy, aims to rethink the spaces and the canteen service for this sector. In particular, the focus will be on canteens for the elderly in nursing homes and hospitals.
